About Us
Based in the Chicago area, we are proud natives of the Windy City with a deep appreciation for the businesses that keep this region moving. Working closely with local firms across a wide range of industries has given us firsthand insight into how important local business is — and how fragile it can be when markets shift, costs rise, or operations become strained.
In 2020, we watched far too many businesses struggle to stay open. Some were slowed by outdated systems. Others were buried in manual processes, inefficiencies, or operational challenges they simply could not adapt to fast enough. That moment made one thing clear: businesses needed better tools, better systems, and better ways to operate if they were going to stay resilient in a changing world.
That is where our work began.
We set out to help businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, reduce wasted effort, and create stronger technical foundations that could support long-term growth. Over time, that work evolved into a deeper focus on modernization — helping businesses move out of outdated ways of working and into a more efficient, scalable, modern operating model.
Today, with AI accelerating what is possible, we help businesses go even further. What once required more staff, more time, and more manual effort can now be streamlined, automated, and optimized in ways that were not practical before. We help companies adopt AI and modern technology in ways that are strategic, grounded, and built around real business outcomes.
Our mission is simple: help businesses work smarter, operate more efficiently, and build systems that are ready for the modern era.
We work with businesses that know they need to modernize, but are not always sure where to start. Our focus is simple: help companies streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement AI and modern technical solutions in ways that create real, measurable business value.
We are process experts first. That means we look closely at how a business actually runs day to day — where time is being wasted, where bottlenecks slow teams down, where manual work creates drag, and where disconnected systems make growth harder than it needs to be. From there, we help businesses simplify workflows, reduce redundancy, improve visibility, and build smarter operations that scale with them instead of against them.
Our work is not about forcing trendy tools into places they do not belong. It is about practical modernization. We help businesses implement embedded AI solutions and technical systems that take over repetitive work, streamline operational processes, reduce manual overhead, and create stronger foundations for long-term growth.
Most companies are not embedding AI into their systems, processes, or day-to-day operations — they are simply allowing employees to use it in isolated ways. That is not implementation. That is not integration. And it is not where the real ROI comes from.
That gap is where we operate.
We help businesses move beyond scattered experimentation and occasional employee use into actual company-level AI implementation. That means embedded solutions integrated into real workflows, operational systems, and repeatable processes — the kind of implementation that streamlines work, improves efficiency, increases output, and creates measurable results across the organization.
But getting there requires more than access to tools. It requires thoughtful implementation, process redesign, systems integration, and a clear understanding of where AI can create the most impact. That is what we help deliver.
We have helped businesses adopt modern technology, streamline workflows, and optimize the way their operations function across the board. Whether the problem is outdated processes, unnecessary manual effort, weak systems alignment, or uncertainty around how to use AI in a meaningful way, our goal is always the same: help businesses work smarter, move faster, and build an operation ready for the modern era.
AI use is becoming more common, but true business-level implementation is still far behind. McKinsey found that 88% of organizations report regular AI use in at least one business function, yet only about one-third have begun scaling AI across the enterprise. In other words, many companies are using AI somewhere, but far fewer are embedding it into the systems, workflows, and processes that actually drive the business.
At the employee level, usage is often even more informal than it appears. Microsoft found that 75% of global knowledge workers use generative AI at work, and 78% of AI users are bringing their own tools to work rather than using company-approved, strategically integrated systems. That means many businesses are not truly operationalizing AI at all — their employees are simply experimenting with chat-based tools on the side.
Other studies reinforce the same pattern. NBER found that 28% of employed respondents had used generative AI for work, and only 10.6% used it every workday in the prior week. BCG similarly found that 72% of surveyed workers were regular AI users, with frontline adoption trailing at 51%. These numbers may sound impressive at first, but they largely reflect employee-level experimentation rather than true business transformation.
That distinction matters because the real value does not come from casual use. It comes from embedded implementation.
When businesses make that shift, the upside is real. IBM reported that Chief AI Officers saw an average AI ROI of 14%, while PwC found that industries most exposed to AI are seeing three times higher growth in revenue per employee. At the same time, BCG found that only 5% of companies are truly achieving AI value at scale — which means the businesses that implement AI well are beginning to separate themselves from everyone else.
The opportunity is no longer simply getting employees to use AI. The real opportunity is building AI into the way the business operates — into the workflows, systems, and processes that drive efficiency, output, and long-term growth.
We start with the real problem — what is slowing your team down, creating manual overhead, or introducing unnecessary risk. Then we map the most practical path forward, whether that means building, buying, integrating, or optimizing, and help you execute with clear ownership, defined priorities, and realistic timelines.
Whether it’s a focused assessment, hands-on development, or ongoing technical leadership, the goal is the same: outcomes you can measure and systems you can sustain. And we cover it all in a way that generates measurable value immediately.
No jargon. No vague buzzwords. Just clear recommendations, real trade-offs, and practical next steps you can actually use.
Strategy means nothing without execution. We focus on prototypes, milestones, accountability, and measurable results, not slide decks that collect dust.
Solutions and guidence built around your team, budget, and roadmap. A true partnership - not fragile one-offs that break the moment things change.
